Pinterest Project Three

1. My third pinterest project that I decided to experiment with was also a wall treatment for my DD's room. I find that I have alot more motivation to actually attempt a Pinterest inspiration if it is for my DD. The project is decorative material hoops.  I have seen these in all different forms all over Pinterest, but I decided to start with a basic, easy version and then maybe get more creative with them in the summer.
2.  I bought the embroidery hoops at Michaels they were all around 50 cents each and I bought 10 of them.  I bought the fabric at Wal-mart because it was on sale.  I bought a half yard of all the fabrics and total cost was less than $10.  It was super simple.  I did it during my DD's nap so it took less than an hour.  You just stretch the fabric onto the hoop, tighten the hoop, and cut off the remaining fabric.  EASY!  The hardest part was trying to figure out how to arrange them on the wall.  Here is the result:
3.  I should never have done this project because I loved it!  It was so simple and really adds a splash of excitement to the room.  Now every time I walk by the fabric section I notice the new fabric they have and I want to buy it all and do this in every room of the house!  :)  I am definitely going to have to come up with some more fabric projects in the near future.  Stay tuned.
